about me
I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and problem-solving. After earning my BFA from the University of Evansville in 1996, I jumped into the world of digital media at Firehouse Image Center, learning the craft from the ground up and eventually moving into PrePress direction. From there, I joined At-A-Glance, where I built relationships that still carry through my work at Trends today.
When the company shifted after an acquisition, I took a detour, running my family’s lawncare business for ten years. It was a different kind of challenge—operations, logistics, leadership—but it gave me skills I still rely on. In 2010, the chance came to step back into design at Trends, and I grabbed it. Over the years I’ve grown from designer to Senior Manager of Visual and Design, now leading teams across product lines and big-name licenses.
Through it all, I’ve stayed committed to creativity—whether that’s pushing design forward, mentoring teams, or finding ways to make complex processes run smoother. My path hasn’t been a straight line, but every step has sharpened my eye, my leadership, and my belief in the power of good design.
